Activists from WBAI Rising join Bernard White at the International African Arts Festival to inform festival goers about the proposed partnership with Manhattan Neighborhood Network. The partnership would include a Public Service Operating Agreement (PSOA) which would allow WBAI to be fully rebuilt, dramatically reduce fundraising days (from 135 days/yr to 30 days/year)  and simulcast our schedule on cable TV while maintaining much of our program schedule.
